Some services require renewal or subscription payments to remain active.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
• First-time purchases may include hardware, setup, and activation charges.
• Renewal pricing is displayed at the time of purchase and may vary by product.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.
• Failure to complete pending balance payments may result in order cancellation and forfeiture of advance payment.

5. SUBSCRIPTION & RENEWAL POLICY

• Certain services may auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal date.

9. SOS PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

• Do NOT replace emergency services

NeelTeck shall not be liable for any injury, delay, emergency outcome, or service failure resulting from use of SOS features.

10. AI REVIEW SYSTEM TERMS

Our AI Review tools assist businesses in collecting feedback.

We do NOT:

• Guarantee improved ratings
• Guarantee compliance with third-party platforms
• Control policies of review platforms (including Google or others)

Users must comply with the terms of any third-party review platform they use.

11. RETURNS & REFUNDS
