This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made from Neel Teck Innovations Pvt. Ltd., including NFC cards, smart digital networking products, customized merchandise, software services, and related solutions.

As most of our products are personalized and manufactured on demand, this policy ensures fairness while protecting both customers' and the company's interests.

1. Nature of Our Products

Most physical products offered by Neel Teck are:

• Customized
• Personalized
• Made-to-order
• Manufactured after design approval

Due to this nature, standard return rights applicable to ready-made retail goods may not apply.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only if:

• Production has not yet started
• Design approval has not been finalized

Once the customer approves the design and production begins, the order becomes non-cancellable.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are strictly limited to the following condition:

• The order is cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started:

• Advance payments are non-refundable.
• Full payments are non-refundable.
• Customized products are non-returnable.

Advance forfeiture may apply if the balance payment is not completed within the specified timeframe as outlined in our Shipping & Payment Terms.

4. Returns (Physical Damage During Delivery Only)

We accept returns only in case of physical damage caused during courier transit.

To qualify:

• The package must be opened while recording a continuous unboxing video.
• The video must clearly show:
  • Sealed outer packaging
  • Opening process without cuts or edits
  • Visible damage to the product
• The claim must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.

Claims without valid unboxing video proof cannot be processed.

5. Damage Claim Process

If approved, we may:

• Provide a replacement product, or
• Offer a refund at our discretion

Replacement timelines depend on production schedules.

6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

• Customized NFC products after production begins
• Design-approved orders
• Activated NFC products
• Digital products and profile activation services
• Software development services once delivered
• Website or mobile application development services
• Subscription services after activation
• Shipping fees, customs duties, and international taxes

7. European Union (EU) Customer Rights

If you are purchasing from within the European Union, you may generally have a 14-day “cooling-off” right under EU consumer protection laws.

However, in accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, this right does not apply to:

• Goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications
• Clearly personalized or customized products

Since Neel Teck NFC products are customized and manufactured according to customer-provided designs and specifications, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply once production begins.

8. No Refund for Completed Services

Refunds are not available for:

• Completed IT services
• Software development
• Website or mobile app development
• Digital consulting
• AI review system configuration
• Profile creation and activation services

Once a service has been rendered or delivered, it is considered fulfilled.

9. International Orders

• Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility unless the damage claim is approved.

10. Fraud Prevention & Verification

Neel Teck Innovations Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to:

• Verify all return and refund claims
• Request additional proof if necessary
• Reject claims that do not meet policy requirements

Any misuse of the return system may result in order refusal or account restriction.
