This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed with Neel Teck Innovations Pvt. Ltd. through our website, online platform, or offline sales channels.

We are committed to delivering high-quality NFC products and digital networking solutions efficiently across India and worldwide.

1. Order Processing
  • All customized NFC product orders begin processing after receipt of advance payment and final design approval (if applicable).
  • Orders are typically processed within 1 - 2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • Production timelines may vary depending on customization requirements.
2. Payment & Dispatch Policy
  • Production of customized products begins after an advance payment is received.
  • Product dispatch is completed only after the full order amount has been received.
  • Once the product is finalized, the customer will be notified to complete the remaining payment (if any).
  • If the balance payment is not completed within 7 calendar days after notification, the Company reserves the right to:
    • Cancel the order
    • Forfeit the advance payment
    • Release the production allocation
  • A final reminder email providing a 24-hour notice will be sent before cancellation.

5. Shipping Charges
  • India: Free standard shipping on all eligible orders.
  • International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and courier service.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs charges, and local taxes.
  • These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Neel Teck Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for customs-related delays or additional charges.
7. Tracking Information
  • A tracking link will be shared via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.
  • Customers can track shipment status directly through the courier partnerโ€™s tracking system.
8. Delivery Delays
  • Delays may occur due to courier service disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, customs clearance procedures, or unforeseen logistical circumstances.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services but will provide assistance in tracking and resolving shipment issues.
9. Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Packages
  • If your package is lost in transit, delivered in damaged condition, or marked delivered but not received, please notify us within 48 hours of a delivery status update.
  • We will initiate an investigation with the courier partner and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement where applicable.
10. Incorrect Shipping Details
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of order.
  • We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
