Policy Overview

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed with NeelTeck Innovations Pvt. Ltd. through our website, online platform, or offline sales channels.

We are committed to delivering high-quality NFC products and digital networking solutions efficiently across India and worldwide.

1. Order Processing
  • All customized NFC product orders begin processing after receipt of advance payment and final design approval (if applicable).
  • Orders are typically processed within 1 - 2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • Production timelines may vary depending on customization requirements.
2. Payment & Dispatch Policy

Production of customized products begins after an advance payment is received.

Product dispatch is completed only after the full order amount has been received.

Once the product is finalized, the customer will be notified to complete the remaining payment (if any).

If the balance payment is not completed within 7 calendar days after notification, the Company reserves the right to:

  • Cancel the order
  • Forfeit the advance payment
  • Release the production allocation

A final reminder email providing a 24-hour notice will be sent before cancellation.

5. Shipping Charges
  • India: Free standard shipping on all eligible orders.
  • International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and courier service.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs charges, and local taxes.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

NeelTeck Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for customs-related delays or additional charges.

7. Tracking Information

A tracking link will be shared via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.

Customers can track shipment status directly through the courier partnerโ€™s tracking system.

8. Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to courier service disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, customs clearance procedures, or unforeseen logistical circumstances.

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services but will provide assistance in tracking and resolving shipment issues.

9. Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Packages

If your package is lost in transit, delivered in damaged condition, or marked delivered but not received, please notify us within 48 hours of a delivery status update.

We will initiate an investigation with the courier partner and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement where applicable.

10. Incorrect Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of order.

We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
